Terms of Service

Welcome to Sneaky18, operated by Sneaky Pte. Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our indoor golf simulator facilities and services. By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

“Booking Party” refers to the individual or entity who makes the reservation and whose payment method is used for the booking. The Booking Party is fully responsible for all persons who access or use the bay under the booking, including guests, invitees, and minors.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Changes to Terms

Sneaky Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Booking and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 6 hours prior to the booking time and are subject to availability.

5. Facility Usage and User Responsibilities

The Booking Party is responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of all guests. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund, refusal of future service, and liability for losses incurred by Sneaky Pte. Ltd.

• Proper Use of Equipment:
  • Only golf balls provided or approved by Sneaky18 may be used.
  • Only clean golf clubs free of dirt, mud, or debris are permitted.

• Damage to Property and Liability:

  The Booking Party shall be fully liable for any loss, damage, or destruction to Sneaky18’s equipment, facilities, or property occurring during the booking period, whether caused by the Booking Party or any guest.

  This liability applies regardless of whether such damage is accidental, negligent, reckless, or intentional. Sneaky Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the nature and cost of repairs, replacement, cleaning, and any associated loss of revenue.

• Payment Authorisation for Damages:

  By making a booking, the Booking Party expressly authorises Sneaky Pte. Ltd. to charge the payment method used for the booking (or any payment method on file) for all costs arising from damage, misuse, excessive cleaning, breach of these Terms, or loss of revenue.

  Sneaky Pte. Ltd.’s assessment of such costs shall be final and binding, save for manifest error.

• Utilities Management: Customers must switch off all lights and air-conditioning after their booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
• Cleanliness and Excess Cleaning Fees: The Booking Party must leave the facility clean and free of rubbish. Failure to do so will result in an excess cleaning fee of SGD 300, which represents a genuine pre-estimate of costs and is not a penalty.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • No food or drinks near simulator equipment.
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on the premises.
  • No unauthorised coaching or commercial instruction.
  • No excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
• Emergency Procedures: Users must familiarise themselves with emergency exits and safety procedures.

6. Health and Safety

• Assumption of Risk and Waiver: Golf involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Booking Party assumes all risks and waives all claims against Sneaky Pte. Ltd., except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Supervision of Minors: Minors under 18 must be supervised at all times. The supervising adult bears full responsibility.
• Footwear: Appropriate athletic or golf footwear is required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sneaky Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Indemnification

The Booking Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sneaky Pte. Ltd. from all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from use of the services or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property remain the property of Sneaky Pte. Ltd. and may not be used without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
