Welcome to Sneaky18 by Sneaky Pte. Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your use of our indoor golf simulator services and facilities. By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or within our booking system. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

3. Booking and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successful.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Full payment is required
  • Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling of bookings is subject to availability and must be requested at least 6 hours prior to the original booking time.

4. Facility Usage and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of any guests you bring into our facility. You agree to use our services and facility responsibly and lawfully. Any breach of these Terms of Service by you or your guests may result in immediate termination of your booking, refusal of future service, and liability for any damages or losses incurred by Sneaky Pte. Ltd.

• Proper Use of Equipment::
  • Only golf balls provided or approved by Sneaky18 are permitted for use on the simulators.
  • Only clean golf clubs are permitted. Please ensure your clubs are free of dirt, mud, and debris before use.
  • Please follow all instructions for operating the golf simulators. If you are unsure, please contact us at +65 8160 0292 or Instagram DM.
• Damage to Property: You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the golf simulators, screens, projectors, clubs, or any other Sneaky18 property due to negligence, misuse, or horseplay by you or your guests. You agree to pay for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items, as well as any associated loss of revenue due to the facility being out of service.
• Utilities Management: Customers are responsible for switching off all lights and air conditioners after their booking time slot. Failure to do so will result in additional charges based on the duration these appliances remain switched on beyond your booking.
• Cleanliness Requirements: Customers must ensure the facility is clean and free of rubbish when leaving the premises. Failure to maintain cleanliness standards will result in a cleaning fee of $300.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • No food or drinks are allowed near the simulator screens or equipment.
  • Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises.
  • No outside golf instructors or coaches are permitted to conduct lessons within our facility without prior written approval from Sneaky Pte. Ltd.
  • Please refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behavior that may disturb others.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures.

5. Health and Safety

• Assumption of Risk: Golf involves inherent risks. By using our simulators, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing golf, including but not limited to, being struck by golf balls or clubs, slips, falls, and injuries resulting from strenuous activity.
• Supervision of Minors: Minors (under 18) must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The supervising adult is solely responsible for the minor's safety and conduct.
• Footwear: Appropriate footwear (e.g., golf shoes or athletic shoes) is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sneaky Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sneaky Pte. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property rights displayed on or through our services are owned by or licensed to Sneaky Pte. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
